EasyBI is a web application for analyzing spreadsheets and documents. You upload a file, ask questions about it in plain language, and get charts, tables and written answers back.
Do I need to know SQL or Python?
No. Questions are written in everyday language. Behind the scenes EasyBI generates real analysis code, runs it against your data, and shows you the result — you never have to write or read the code unless you want to.
Which file types can I upload?
CSV and Excel spreadsheets, plus PDF and Word documents. Spreadsheets are parsed directly on our servers; document tables are extracted with Google's Gemini model under zero-data-retention terms.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Model requests are sent only to providers operating under zero data retention and no-prompt-training terms, your files are stored in your own account scope, and analysis code runs in an isolated sandbox with no network access.
