Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and FOAD MOBINI KESHEH CONSULTORIA EM TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA(“we”, “us”) covering your use of EasyBI. By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

1. What the service does

EasyBI lets you upload spreadsheets and documents, ask questions about them in plain language, and receive answers, tables and charts. To produce those answers we send parts of your data to third-party AI providers and run generated analysis code in a sandboxed environment. Section 6 of our Privacy Policy lists exactly who receives what.

2. Accounts

You need a verified email address. Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher. One free trial per person; creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is a breach of these terms.

3. Trial, plans and payment

  • Every verified account starts a 14-day free trial including 50 questions. No card is required.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, from $5.00 per month. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes we are required to collect.
  • Each plan includes a monthly allowance (questions, uploads, document pages and storage). Reaching an allowance pauses new analysis until the next billing period or an upgrade; your existing data stays accessible.
  • You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend analysis while keeping your data readable for a reasonable period before deletion.

4. Your data stays yours

You keep all rights to the files you upload and the results you generate. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you: to store, process, transmit to the providers in section 6 of the Privacy Policy, and display your content back to you. We do not sell your data and we do not use your content to train AI models.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. Do not upload data you are not permitted to share, and think carefully before uploading special categories of personal data (health, biometric, financial identifiers) — the service is not designed for it.

5. AI output is not advice

Answers, figures, charts and generated code are produced by AI systems and can be wrong. They may misread a column, miscount rows, or state a number confidently that is not supported by your data. Every result shows the underlying rows so you can check it, and you should. Do not rely on EasyBI output as the sole basis for financial, legal, tax, medical or employment decisions. We are not liable for decisions made on unverified output.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload malware, or content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights;
  • attempt to break out of the analysis sandbox, reach other users’ data, or probe the service’s security without written permission;
  • use automated means to exceed your plan’s allowances, or resell the service as your own;
  • use the service to build a competing product by systematic extraction.

We may suspend an account that materially breaches this section, and will tell you why unless doing so would compromise an investigation.

7. Availability

We work to keep EasyBI available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we make a material adverse change to a paid plan mid-term, you may cancel and we will refund the unused portion of that period.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded — including your rights as a consumer under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may terminate for material breach, or with 30 days’ notice for any reason, refunding any unused prepaid period. On termination we delete your files according to the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, in the courts of Curitiba, State of Paraná. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of the protection of mandatory rules in their country of residence.
